Key fob is required for entry into all buildings, and each room is equipped with individual Keypad Locks We have private, off-street parking, and our facilities are patrolled nightly by SMOJS.

INDIVIDUAL LIABILITY LEASE

You’re only responsible for your student’s rent – never somebody else’s! That way if a roommate transfers or graduates, you have nothing to worry about!

No roommate? No problem! Your student can simply complete our Roommate Matching Profile and we’ll match them with someone of compatible interests, hobbies & study habits!

No moving truck needed. All of our rooms come fully furnished and ready to move into.  Internet, cable and all of the utilities are also included to make your experience as hassle-free as possible.

WHAT TYPES OF APARTMENTS DO YOU OFFER?

In building 1 we have large 4 bedrooms suites. In Building 2, we have 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom suites. In Building 3, we have 1, 2, 4, and studio suites. In building 4, we have 2, 3, and 4 bedroom suites. In building 5, studios, 1, 2, and 4 bedroom suites are available. Building 6 has 2, 4, and studio suites. And in building 7, there are studios, 1 and 4 bedroom suites.

HOW LONG ARE THE LEASES AT BEAR VILLAGE?

We offer 12 month leases.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A CO-SIGNER?

No, but every student without full-time employment must have a parent/guardian/close relative complete a Parent Guaranty form.

DO I NEED RENTER’S INSURANCE

We require liability insurance that can be purchased through Bryan Properties, but a copy of your own renter’s insurance can be provided to satisfy this requirement.
